Beach Rose Bicycles rents a variety of quality bikes for the whole family.
Jamie and Peter offer knowledgeable and friendly service, personally assisting each rider to choose the best size and model. Bike locks, maps and helmets (optional for adults) are included. We keep the shop open until sunset, so you can enjoy a full day!

We offer the widest variety of models and sizes on the island.
Explore Block Island. Our City and Comfort models are ideal for traveling both paved and gravel roads. Avid cyclists can find a good fit with our selection of Fitness, Road and Mountain Bikes. Cruisers offer an easy going ride for the casual cyclist. Couples may enjoy riding a Tandem bike together. Our coupon rate for a single day $45.00-$95.00 depending on the bike. Lower rates apply to half day and multiple day rentals.
Children’s bikes, Burley tailer-cycles, child trailers and baby-seats provide many options for families. Our coupon rate for children’s bikes, trailing-cycles and trailers is $30.00 for a single day. (Rental of an adult’s bicycle must accompany trailer and trailer-cycle rentals.) Our coupon rate for for adult’s bike with baby-seat is $54.00 for a single day. Lower rates apply to half day and multiple day rentals.
Dog specific trailers provide a unique adventure for those exploring with pets. Our coupon rate for a single day $30.00-$35.00. Lower apply to half day and multiple day rentals.(Rental of an adult’s bicycle must accompany equipment rentals.
We do not rent electric bikes.

Located at 1622 Roslyn Lane next door to the Rose Farm Inn, Beach Rose Bicycles is only a 15 minute walk from town. From the ferry dock walk left on Water Street to the statue and turn right up High Street. At the top of the hill are signs for the Rose Farm Inn and Beach Rose Bicycles. Follow the paved drive rounding the bend by the Atlantic Inn, continue down the lane by the Rose Farm Inn to Beach Rose Bicycles where you will see our sign, deck and red barn doors. If you are staying at the Eureka, Atlantic Inn, Rose Farm Inn or Spring House Hotel, we are right next door. Don’t hesitate to call or stop over. A great place to begin, Beach Rose Bicycles is on the way to the Mohegan Bluffs and South-East
Lighthouse.
